We believe that mentorship program is a powerful force for good. Mentorship programs have shown to produce better school attendance, better grades, and overall improved self-esteem. With our program, we hope to combat social anxiety and create a community of resources, empowering students to make the most out of their high school years.

Social Anxiety Among Teenagers
Exacerbated by the pandemic, students are becoming more and more anxious or stressed about school.

Social anxiety affects many high school students in the US, creating barriers to social interactions, friendships, and academic success.
In 2023, 45% of students admitted to being stressed every day at school.
These students often struggle with overwhelming feelings of fear and self-doubt, leading to isolation and missed for personal growth.
Our comprehensive mentorship program directly addresses these challenges by providing students with tailored support, guidance, and encouragement in a safe environment. Through one-on-one mentorship, we students with the tools and strategies they need to build confidence, develop social skills, and ultimately thrive both in and out of the classroom.
Through Paper Planes Project, our mission is to support students in an authentic and personable way.

With dedicated high school mentors, we pride ourselves in each of our mentors be authentic in their own way.
With a uniquely small age gap between mentor and mentee, our mentors can provide accurate, targeted information becoming increasingly important in the ever changing scope of college admissions. They will guide mentees through everything they need to make the most of high school.
